How do I place an order?

Please fill out the form under the Custom Order Request Tab and I will contact you after recieving your request to go over pricing and details.

How much are your desserts?

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

It’s never too early! I’m currently booking up months in advance, so if there’s a date you know you’re going to want desserts – let me know ASAP!

Can you provide desserts for special dietary needs?

Unfortunately, I cannot. My desserts contain dairy, wheat, eggs and vanilla extract. While I do not use nut products in any of my dessserts, my kitchen is not a nut free zone.

Do you Ship?

No, I am not able to ship, per Texas Cottage Food Law. It is Illegal for me to ship anything.

Do you deliver?

Yes! To the Amarillo and surrounding areas. Base fee is $40 for the Amarillo/Canyon/Bushand area-anything outside of these limits, is an additional $1 per mile fee.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required on all orders before I begin working on them. This payment places you on my calendar, and is due two weeks before your order will be picked up. If you fail to pay, your order will be cancelled.

Where/When do I pickup?

Pickup location will be listed on your payment invoice. You also will recieve a reminder the morning of pickup that will have the address and curbside pickkup information listed. Pickup times for ALL custom orders are Saturdays: 9AM-12PM ONLY Pickups not made on time will be forfeited with no refund. I work a Full Time job during the week and on Sundays, therfore I am unable to accomodate weekday and Sunday pickups.

Do you have a Refund Policy?

I am able to refund and or cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your pickup date. No refunds will be given for desserts that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. Any desserts that are not picked up within the designated pickup time frame will be forfeited with no refund.

What forms of payment do you except?

Debit/Credit cards.

What is your damage policy?

Once your dessert(s) leave(s) Olivia's Cake Shop, Olivia's Cake Shop is NOT responsible for any damages that occur.

Do you offer cake tastings for weddings?

Yes I do! Tastings are $25. This $25 covers the cost of the 6 cake flavors you will recive. If you choose to book with me after your tasting the $25 is taken off of your total wedding cost. You will recieve my six cake flavors made into cupcakes, you are then able to take them home and sample at your convience. When you have decided on flavor(s), we will schedule a date to meet and discuss design detials and book your cake(s). To book a tasting please email me at Please inclue your wedding date, name, and how many guest you are aproximatley expecting. Note: Pickups for all weddings cake tastings are on Saturdays 9AM-12PM.

The date I am wanting to pickup cookies you are closed/booked!

My cookies come heat sealed in individually wrapped bags. They will stay fresh in the packaging for up to two weeks. If you are wanting to order cookies for a date that I am not avaliable I would sugest ordering for a date I am avalable and if the date is within the 2 week time period they will be fine in the packaging-otherwise let me know you are going to be neededing them for a date farther than 2 weeks out and I can provide you with instructions on the best way to freeze your cookies.
